From grad parties to groom’s dinners; from off-site BBQ picnics to in-restaurant business meetings, The Lone Oak Grill has you covered. We have a wide array of buffet options to offer, along with limited or call-ahead menus. If you have specific requests for food items, we will accommodate you as best as we are capable. We’re glad to offer pricing for your events on a price per person basis, or quote you prices for bulk quantities and let you take the lead on party planning. Our private event room, The Oak Room, is a hot commodity; contact our event coordinator Lisa Leitner for minimums, menus, and availability. The early bird gets the worm. Off-site catering is highly customizable and affordable. It is our policy in everything we do to accommodate any and all reasonable requests within our capabilities.

Private Dining Policies

  • The food and beverage minimum varies based on the time and day of the week requested.
  • Menu changes made within 72 hours are subject to availability.
  • Lone Oak Grill offers audio visual equipment, specialty flowers and linens upon request. Please speak with the event coordinator to make arrangements.
  • All events will have a hosted bar unless otherwise noted in the special instructions section on the contract.
  • The food and beverage minimum will include all food and beverages consumed on the premises.
  • If your group does not meet the food and beverage minimum, the difference will be added to the final check as room charge.
  • The food and beverage minimum is non-inclusive of 7.125% sales tax and a 18% service charge.
  • Final guest guarantee and payment is due 3 days prior to the event.
  • Acceptable methods of payment are cash, credit card or company check (sorry, no personal checks).
  • Cancellation of an event with less than 7 days notice will result in loss of half of the deposit. Events cancelled within 48 hours of the event will result in the loss of the entire deposit.
  • Contracted reservations will be held for up to 30 minutes past the scheduled reservation time.
